💸 UPFRONT PAYMENT (except +100€ commissions where the payment is done after sketch approval)
🔒 You have USAGE RIGHTS over the commissioned piece, except COMMERCIAL RIGHTS. Ask prices for commercial uses in DM.
🗝 Reserved rights for non commercial use (portfolio, post on social media, commission examples, etc)
🗓 Delivery time depends of your position in commission queue. Queue order based on payment. Once your commission started, expect between 7-15 days for delivery. Keep in mind that larger and more complex commissions could take longer, so please be patient and keep an eye on communication for speed up the process.
🧜 Price is set based on complexity, use and audience reach. Starting price is 65€ for a simple character fullshot for personal use. Ask prices for commercial uses by email or DM. Complex, detailed designs will be charged an extra (+5~40€) (f.e complex armory, designs, jewelry,
accesories, minions, weapons...).
EXTRA CHARACTER +60%.
🧩 Be sure to detail as possible your commission. Provide references and all resources you find meaningful to assure best results.
🗺 All commissions include a free simple background/text/frame of your choosing. Complex background + 25€~40€.
📚 All commissions include a revision. Rendered commissions include 2.

Write me about your request tell me your idea based on my commission chart (full shot, rendered, sketch, scene, etc) Provide meaningful resources like reference images, descriptions, moodboards, etc. so I can approach your vision as much as possible. 🍵 DISCUSSING DETAILS
Once I get the general idea, we will discuss details, complexity, format size, uses (commercial or personal) and audience reach. Based on this I'll inform you the price and the delivery data (this depends on the commissions queued. Once your commission is started, expect normally 7-15 days for delivery. )
💴PAYMENT
If price and delivery time is fine for you, I'll ask your email where you want to receive the final art and will link you to my paypal. Once the payment is received, the commission is queued for work. Keep in mind that payment implies that you have read and agreed terms of service.
🐣 WIPS UPDATES & REVISIONS
I'll contact you when I start your commission, and send a first sketch for approval when it's ready, so you can check expressions, pose, general idea... If you are ok with it, I'll continue. You can't change the commission nature at this point but minor changes. If you ordered a rendered piece, I'll contact you for the second revision when rendering phase started, so you can check details, colour palette, etc. I may contact you for any doubts regarding the commission or details, sending additional WIPS if needed.
🎈 DELIVERY
I'll send to your email the final piece in a PNG or PDF. You can choose between a RGB or CMYK file depending on your needs. Max resolution files are: CMYK A3 File (297 x 420mm, 300DPI) or RGB 3000px x 3000px. Ask for other formats or sizes in DM.
